The city of Rokmil is one of the few remaining cities that was built ages ago to provide a home for both dwarves and humans. Long ago the human wizards kept the humans from providing aide to the dwarves when they were attacked from armies of goblins and ogres. This created a rift withtin their friendship that ultimately resulted in the abandonment of the dwarves from all shared cities like Rokmil.

Rokmil is divided into three sections, excluding the abandoned dwarven sections. The main part of the city rests between two mountains on the north and south, while remaining above the main roads that run north and south in the valleys below the city. The Mage's section of the city sits on a plateau on the south mountain facing the noble's section of the city opposite it on the north mountain.
