I am mentoring a MATH 485 course, the University of Arizona's capstone class on mathematical modleing. This is the second time I am helping with this course, previously in the spring of 2011.
In the 2011-2012 school year I was the President of the University of Arizona SIAM student chapter.
For the 2012-2011 school year I am the Vice-President of the University of Arizona SIAM student chapter.

Over the past four years, I have served on several graduate student committees to discuss the prospects of attending a graduate school in the sciences with undergraduate scholars and first generation college students.
