- Lecture 1, Monday May 17: Textbook; Page 24, #5,8, and 9. Page 41 & 42, #1 - 7. (you may use the grapher, but please BE EXPLICIT with your explanations).
- Lecture 2, Wednesday May 19: Textbook; Page 42 & 43 #12, 13, 14, 17, 21, 22. Do all these by hand. Later in the semester, calculators will be allowed, but for now I'd like you to understand and be familiar with the mechanics involved.
- Lecture 3, Friday May 21: Textbook; Page 63-67 #3, 7, 8, 9, 10. Do all these by hand. Also do a couple matrix multiplications on your calculator to make sure you know how.
- Quiz 1, Monday May 24: Exercises from Lectures 1, 2, and 3
- Lecture 4, Monday May 24: Textbook; Page 63-67 #8, 9, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 34, 36, 45, 46. Do some by hand and some with calculator so you know you can do it both ways.

- Lecture 8, Monday June 14, Textbook; Page 150-153 #4,6. The directions for number 6 mention something about a basis. Don't worry about what this means. Just find the row and column space like we did in class.
