Course information for Math 110 You can download the syllabus and course policies from the shared algebra homepage. You can also download a pdf of my homework policy. I will post annoucements and updates, so make sure to check this website regularly.

Announcements:

12-3-06: As announced in class and on the course syllabus, the final exam is on Monday, December 11th from 8-10am in Modern Languages Room 350.
11-28-06: Study problems for the 4th exam are available, along with solutions.
11-27-06: The 4th exam will be this Friday. I will post review problems fairly soon.
11-17-06: The due date for homework #21 has been pushed back by a day.
11-16-06: Review problems for recursive definitions are available here. They are not required, but they can be used to replace a low homework score. If you want them graded they must be turned in on Monday. The problems get harder in each section; you should expect to spend some time on this.
11-4-06: Sample problems for the third exam are available, along with the solutions.
11-4-06: The third exam will be on November 7th.
10-7-06: Sample problems for the second exam are available, along with the solutions. There was a typo in the 4th problem which is corrected now. If you see any another mistakes please send me an email.
9-28-06: The second exam will be on October 10th.
9-9-06: There was an error in the first version of the solutions for the difference quotient, it's fixed now.
9-9-06: Sample problems for the first exam are available, along with the solutions.
9-7-06: The first exam will be on Thursday the 14th, one week from today. It will cover sections 1.1-1.5.
9-7-06: Due to some confusion over the assignment, students can redo Homework #5 and turn it in on Monday the 11th.
