Binational Consortium of Optics

Invited speakers are eligible to receive a reimbursement of the discounted airfare (advanced purchase, economy class or coach fare), the cost of a rental car in Tucson, and the actual lodging expenses (single occupancy). In order to be reimbursed please fill out Reimbursement Form to be submitted on Fraday April 1st 7:30-11:30am during registration.

There will be a $25 nonrefundable cash registration fee to cover banquet expenses.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Four Points hotel (1900 East Speedway Tucson, Arizona 85719, phone: (520) 327-7341). Please do not make your reservations directly through the hotel. Please e-mail Sandy Braun braun@math.arizona.edu with your arrival/departure dates, as she will make hotel reservations for you. If you are not a U.S. citizen, it is very important that you obtain an appropriate visa (WT, WB, B1 or B2) in order to receive reimbursement from the University of Arizona.

DURATION OF TALKS
The morning(research) talks will last 45 minutes. The afternoon(tutorial) talks will last 1-2 hours.
