About Me
My name is David Love and I am in my final year as a Ph.D. student in Applied Mathematics at the University of Arizona. I plan to graduate with my Ph.D. in December 2013. I am working with my adviser Dr. Guzin Bayraksan on a data-driven method of robust water allocation in Tucson under uncertainty.
I graduated Summa cum Laude with my Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mathematics at the University of Arizona in 2007. I then earned my Master of Science in Applied Mathematics at the University of Arizona in May 2009. Prior to Spring 2009 I was working with Dr. Jerome Moloney in Optical Sciences and Mathematics on genetic algorithm optimization and semiconductor laser simulation.
