An Expression of Pain

Anger to me is an expression of pain, which could only be understood by the one whom has been angered. People need to express their anger more often so that they will not end up hurting the ones that they love including themselves.

I express my anger by crying in front of the persons who hurt me, so that they will know what they are putting me through. Before I can actually say anything to the person, I need to calm down. The way I do that is to dance it off. People may not realize it, but dancing is a form of expression that has a calming, relaxing, and soothing ability to burn off anger.

When I dance (even fast and up beat movements), it puts my mind in a state of peace that no one can damage or get through.

It may sometimes take me all day to burn off my anger, but it is worth it because I will not have to deal with anything else until I am no longer angry. No one likes to stay mad; even those who say that they want to really do not want to.

My best advise about anger is to never release it on anyone else.
