UA Mathematics is running AMUC!!

WHAT? The Second Annual Arizona Mathematics Undergraduate Conference (AMUC)

WHEN? November 12-14, 2004

WHERE? University of Arizona (actually, the Clarion Santa Rita Suites in downtown Tucson).

WHO? Undergraduates in Arizona and the greater Southwest (and their faculty sponsors)

CONFERENCE FORMAT: Registration will begin on Friday afternoon and will be followed by the opening dinner and an invited address. All lectures and meals, unless otherwise noted, will take place at the Clarion Santa Rita Suites. Saturday and Sunday morning will be filled by 15-minute presentations by students in parallel sessions. If participation is high, we may also consider having a poster session. Other invited speakers will also enlighten us both days. The Conference will close after lunch on Sunday.
